Jennifer Fox earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Portland in 1993. She went on to acquire a license in massage therapy from East West College of the Healing Arts in 1995. She has been practicing deep tissue/sports massage for over 13 years. She specializes in muscle and fascial repair due to chronic use or trauma. She is experienced in treating neck/shoulder and low back pain, TMJ, headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, shin splints and myofascial dysfunction.
Jennifer was raised in Portland, experiencing all the activity that dwells within the city as well as the coast and the mountains. She understands how recreational and occupational living, can challenge muscular endurance and health. She also understands, as well as witnessed, how therapeutic massage can not only reduce physical discomfort and pain, but can help enhance athletic performance. Jennifer regularly treats chronic pain, due to muscular adhesions and tension, and has experienced profound results within her clients healing and wellbeing.
